Ticketing and Admission:

Event Changes and Cancellations:

• The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or speakers due to circumstances beyond control. Such changes will be communicated to all registered participants as soon as possible.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation, attendees will be notified via email and will receive a full refund.

Liability:

• The event organizers are not responsible for the actions of any participant at the event.
• The event organizers will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Attendees participate in the event at their own risk and are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

Intellectual Property:

• The content presented during the event, including speeches, presentations, and all materials distributed, are the property of the event organizers or their content providers and are protected by copyright.
• Attendees are not permitted to record, reproduce, or transmit any part of the event in any form without prior written permission from the event organizers.

Privacy Policy:

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Attendees may be photographed or videotaped during the event. These images may be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes.

Miscellaneous:

• The event organizers do not take responsibility for any private negotiations or transactions made during the event. Attendees are advised to exercise due diligence.
• In case of any disputes, the event organizers’ decisions will be final.
